Come Home to Yourself

Weekend workshops combining coaching, clay work and deep relaxation.

Workshop 1: Creating Self-Compassion: SEPTEMBER 12th 9.30 - 16.30

What is this day?
You know that voice. The one that says not good enough, not doing it right, not quite there yet. For many of us in midlife, she has been a quiet (or not so quiet) companion for decades.
This is a day to turn and face her - gently, curiously, and in good company.
Creating Self-Compassion is a one-day experiential workshop for women who are ready to loosen the grip of self-criticism and explore what it feels like to be truly on their own side.

What will the day include?

Facilitated coaching conversation to gently map your inner critic: her voice, her patterns, and what she is really protecting
Hands-on clay work with a specialist ceramicist - a uniquely tactile, non-verbal way to externalise and transform your inner landscape
Somatic awareness practices to help you recognise and resource yourself in the body
Time for reflection, connection, and quiet

Who is this for?
Women in midlife who feel the weight of self-criticism and are curious about what it might be like to lay it down. You do not need any background in psychology, coaching, clay or yoga. You just need to come as you are.

Workshop 1: Creating Self-Care: OCTOBER 18th 9.30 - 16.30

What is this day?
Somewhere beneath the to-do lists, the caring for others, and the years of putting yourself last, there is a woman who knows exactly what she needs. She is sensual, resourceful, and fully alive. She is your inner goddess - and she has been patient for long enough.

Creating Self-Care is a one-day experiential workshop for women ready to move beyond the idea of self-care as bubble baths and early nights - and into something far more radical: a genuine, embodied relationship with yourself.
Through coaching, collage and clay work, you will explore the inner goddess archetype as a living, personal resource - and leave with practices, creations, and a renewed sense of what it means to truly tend to yourself.

What will the day include?

Facilitated coaching conversation to explore what self-care really means for you - beneath the cultural noise and the guilt
A collage and clay session with a specialist clay artist, weaving visual and tactile materials to bring your inner goddess into form
Space for reflection, sharing (as much or as little as you wish), and rest

What will you take away?
By the end of the day, you will have:

A richer, more personal understanding of what self-care and self-love look like for you - not in theory, but in practice
A felt connection to the inner goddess archetype as a genuine inner resource
A handmade collage-clay piece that holds your intentions
Ideas and practices you can actually use in your everyday life

Both workshops take place at the Brookside Art Shed, Brookside Eco Farm in Warwickshire and are co-led with Pippa Prosser, ceramicist.

Each workshop costs £150 but you can save £25 by booking both.

You will need to bring lunch with you.

If you are looking for a team building day, bridal party experience, or want to create an opportunity for you and your friends to come together, please reach out and we would be delighted to create a bespoke experience for you.

OCTOBER 3rd 2026, 10am - 5pm

For the woman who holds it all together

You are the one who remembers. Who anticipates. Who notices what everyone else needs before they know they need it - at work, at home, in every relationship you carry. You are capable, and everyone knows it. So they lean on you. And you keep standing, because that is what you do.

Somewhere in that, your own next step has gone quiet. Not lost - just crowded out by everyone else's.

This day is for putting that question back at the centre, with the rest and the rigour to actually answer it.

What this is - and isn't

This is not a workshop. It is not a wellness day.

It is a structured, psychologically grounded retreat, designed to give you both the rest and the rigour to do something you rarely make room for: to look honestly at where you are, put down what you're ready to release, and get genuinely clear on what you want from here.

There is no performing, no networking, no pressure to have a breakthrough. There is structure, warmth, and enough quiet to actually think.

How you'll be held

You will be held throughout by evidence-based practice - coaching, somatic work, guided reflection, and yoga nidra - not as decoration, but as the tools that make this kind of thinking possible at depth.

These are not add-ons to a nice day out. They are how the nervous system settles enough for honest reflection to happen at all - something that rarely happens in the pockets of time professional women usually get.

What you'll leave with

You will leave with something concrete: a clear sense of what matters most, a plan, and a single, grounded intention to carry forward.

Not a to-do list. Not more advice to add to the pile. Something that is genuinely, unmistakably yours.

Location? At the beautiful Retreat Wellness Barn in Brailes, Oxfordshire

What does it cost? £185.
