Services for Organisations
Subject Matter Expertise:
Workplace harassment and bullying.
You know you have a ‘culture’ problem. Increasing reports of bullying, of sexual harassment. Rumours of poor behaviour and reluctance to report formally. You also know that you are not a subject matter expert, and whilst you may have policies in place they are not really ‘live’ within your organisation.
I can help through consultation, training and supervision drawing on my established expertise in domestic and sexual violence, shaped around what the organisation needs. This may include:
Consultation to understand the real impact of policies, and what needs to
Bespoke staff training on the prevention of domestic and sexual violence in the workplace
Specialised supervision for staff who receive disclosures or reports of these behaviours as part of their role, supporting them to process what they hear
Trauma and nervous-system informed leadership training: How to effectively manage yourself so you can effectively manage others - ideal for organisations that carry the weight of supporting those impacted by violence and abuse

Service and programme evaluation
You have created a change programme - a process which helps people recover, achieve their goals, perform at the desired level. It could be therapeutic (victim services), it could be performance focused (leadership training). Although you’re an expert on creating change - you know what you do and why - you’re less clear on how to collect good quality data to prove it.
Drawing on my 25 years of evaluation experience I work with you to clarify how you do what you do (the programme theory), and design an assessment framework and tools to help you capture the data needed to tell the story of your success.
I can do this after the fact, or partner with you during the design phase to ensure that evaluation and data capture is embedded in the service you are designing.
Group Supervision/Reflective Practice Retainer
An ongoing group-based retainer offering clinical supervision and/or reflective practice for teams of practitioners working in high emotional load contexts, including forensic psychology associates, domestic violence charity staff, healthcare, social care, and criminal justice teams.
Priced by enquiry: each process is co-created with your organisation to reflect the unique needs of your staff.
Starting at £4,500/year
Strengths to Strategy
A day-long strategy session using appreciative inquiry to build on what your organisation is already doing well. Rather than starting from what's not working, the process begins with your existing strengths and successes, and uses these as the foundation for a focused, short-term strategy: what needs to change to reach the next level. The day culminates in a written report and a short-term action plan you can put into practice straight away.
Follow-on Accountability and Review Days are also available.
Priced by enquiry: each day is co-created with your organisation to reflect where you are and what you need.
Starting at £1,750
