EMERGE
A Three-Part Transformational Process for Professional Women
Three online sessions. Six weeks.
Most professional women are carrying more mental load than anyone around them realises - other people's deadlines, other people's needs, other people's expectations - with very little space left over to ask what they themselves actually need.
EMERGE begins there.
Not with a goal-setting exercise, but with the quieter, harder question underneath it: what do you actually want and need right now? Clarifying that comes first. Everything else in the programme builds from it.
Space for what you actually need
Why clarity alone isn't usually enough
Most of us know, somewhere, roughly what we want. The harder part is getting the rest of the system open to it - the body, the nervous system, the habits that run on autopilot long after the thinking mind has decided something.
An intention that only lives in your head tends to stay there.
This is where yoga nidra comes in. It works below conscious thought, helping the whole of you settle around an intention rather than simply noting it on a list. Paired with structured coaching psychology, it is what allows the insight from each session to actually take hold, rather than evaporating by Monday morning.
Three 3-hour live online sessions, two weeks apart, each built around two stages of the EMERGE Blueprint.
Workshop 1: Arriving - Enter Safely, Map Patterns
Settle into the process and begin to see the patterns that have brought you to this point.
Workshop 2: Deepening - Embody Self, Realise Vision
Move past the patterns and reconnect with what you actually want.
Workshop 3: Becoming - Generate Action, Establish Permanence
Translate insight into a plan you will actually follow through on.
Each workshop closes with a guided yoga nidra practice, anchoring the work in the body as well as the mind.
How the programme works
The two weeks between workshops matter as much as the workshops themselves. You will receive:
● A reflection journal to capture insights, patterns and your emerging sankalpa (intention) as the programme progresses
● A short, specific task connected to that workshop's EMERGE stages, to keep the work moving between live sessions
● Access to a brief recorded practice to use at home
Between Sessions
The two weeks between workshops matter as much as the workshops themselves. You will receive:
● A reflection journal to capture insights, patterns and your emerging sankalpa (intention) as the programme progresses
● A short, specific task connected to that workshop's EMERGE stages, to keep the work moving between live sessions
● Access to a brief recorded practice to use at home
Who is this for?
The process does not end when the third session does:
● A recording of the closing nidra script, so you can keep practising your sankalpa at home
● A group gathering one month after the programme ends, to share how the work has settled in
● Optional: a 1:1 integration call with me, for anyone who wants individual support carrying this forward
Aftercare
This programme is not suitable for anyone currently experiencing a mental health crisis. If that is you right now, please contact your GP or an appropriate crisis service first - this process needs a stable starting point to work well
Please note
What is the investment?
Early Bird (Before November 30th 2026) £395
Standard (upto January 15th 2027) £475
Including 1:1 Integration call: £575
FAQs
-
Yoga nidra is a guided practice of deep, conscious rest, often described as 'yogic sleep' - you lie down and are guided into a state between waking and sleep, without needing any physical flexibility or prior experience. It has a growing evidence base for reducing stress and supporting nervous system regulation.
In EMERGE, it isn't relaxation for its own sake. It's how the intentions and insights from each session get a chance to settle into the whole of you, body and nervous system included, rather than staying only as ideas in your head.

A quiet, private space where you won't be interrupted; a stable internet connection with your camera and microphone working; your journal and a pen; and something to lie down on and cover yourself with for the nidra practice - a mat, cushion or blanket is fine. Headphones are optional but can help you settle into the practice more fully.
