Coaching that stops at reflection can leave you more aware of the problem, not closer to a solution. A mentor who's further down the same road can tell you what worked for them, but not necessarily what will work for you. And the barriers that stall people at this stage - old patterns, competing responsibilities, fear of getting it wrong again rarely get named, let alone worked through.

This is built for one situation, taken to one solution: a single hour, no pressure to turn it into an ongoing programme, and no rushing you toward an answer before you're ready to commit to it.

This fits wherever you are with change, not just the moment it's forced on you. A sudden or unwanted transition that's left you feeling blocked, or shell-shocked, is one starting point. So is finally listening to a quieter nudge you've been putting off - the sense that something's out of alignment, even if nothing's gone wrong. So is planning deliberately for retirement, or choosing to take control of your own direction through a restructure rather than waiting to see what happens to you. Whichever of those is true for you, you are treated as the expert on your own life throughout - the process draws on a tested framework, but it's adapted to where you actually are, not applied as a fixed programme regardless of fit. Nothing here is about being pushed out of your comfort zone before you're ready. It's about building honest clarity at a pace you can sustain, then turning that clarity into a plan you actually follow through on, with someone who stays involved while you act on it.

Six months support, starting at £1,500.

One monthly session holds taking stock as a leader, clarifying business direction, supervision or advice where it's needed, and processing whatever the role has actually thrown at you that month with the same person, over a full year, so you're never re-explaining your context from scratch.
