Hi! I'm Erica - a book loving, golf-mum with upward and downward caring responsibilities, who also has more than twenty years of experience designing, evaluating, and implementing behaviour change interventions through academic roles, coaching and consultancy.

I have many strings to my bow.

P/T Professor in Forensic Psychology, I also advise the Ministry of Justice in England and Wales on all things to do with assessing the effectiveness of current behaviour change interventions designed to prevent reoffending, and on how to use psychological measures to assess change. In the past I have also created and evaluated similar programmes.

Asking the right questions the right way is pretty central to everything I do (research, coaching, strategising, podcasting), and I realised (having experienced this myself), that all business coaches talk about needing to clarify the transformation you create, but very few business coaches actually help you quantify it.

My credentials?

Well I'm  Chartered Coaching Psychologist, Registered Forensic Psychologist, have a PhD in evaluation science (in forensic psychology), I'm a qualified coach-mentor (EMCC), certified business strategist and I used to be a university Chair of ethics.  

This means that aside from studying (a lot!), I am passionate about working with integrity, and I hate seeing poor practice around the creation of quizzes for business and use of personal data. Doing no harm is the most important thing to me.

Creating your quiz strategy, understanding the transformation you support your clients to achieve, and identifying the core topic of your quiz is fundamental to the success of your quiz.

Together we will co-work to draft:

• your landing page copy to entice your ideal client to complete your quiz
• your feedback narratives based on your quiz scoring
• your 5 email nurture sequence

I will also provide support to help you put your quiz onto the Scoreapp* quiz platform

You will develop a marketing and visibility strategy for your quiz to ensure that your audience are aware of it.

Two months after you have implemented your quiz sharing and visibility strategy we will regroup in a Quiz Clinic to take a look at how it is working for you. This will help you refine the quiz, but also develop clear marketing messages and product ideas based on the data you now have about your audience.
