Hi! I'm Erica - a book loving, golf-mum with upward and downward caring responsibilities, who also has more than twenty years of experience designing, evaluating, and implementing behaviour change interventions through academic roles, coaching and consultancy.
Asking the right questions the right way is pretty central to everything I do (research, coaching, strategising, podcasting), and I realised (having experienced this myself), that all business coaches talk about needing to clarify the transformation you create, but very few business coaches actually help you quantify it.
So hey presto! This is what I help you to do. But more than that - I help you build your impact and authority using science-based assessment quizzes so that you can grow your business with integrity, and shine as the expert you are.
My credentials?
Well I'm Chartered Coaching Psychologist, Registered Forensic Psychologist, have a PhD in evaluation science (in forensic psychology), I'm a qualified coach-mentor (EMCC), certified business strategist and I used to be a university Chair of ethics.
This means that aside from studying (a lot!), I am passionate about working with integrity, and I hate seeing poor practice around the creation of quizzes for business and use of personal data. Doing no harm is the most important thing to me.
So, if you want to build authority with integrity and stand out from the crowd as a master of transformation in your field, I will apply my behaviour change knowledge and research expertise to help you change the world.
